Some BFLY pieces are offered on a pre-order basis.

This means your item is reserved first —> then produced.

We do this intentionally to maintain quality & precision

By completing checkout on a pre-order item, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

Production Timeline

All pre-order items are made after purchase.

Estimated shipping timelines will be listed on each product page.

By placing a pre-order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that production timelines are estimates and waives the right to file chargebacks or payment disputes related to delays occurring within the stated estimated timeframe.

Pricing

Pre-order items may be offered at exclusive early pricing.

Once production is complete, pricing may increase when the item returns for general release.

Reservation Window

Pre-orders are only available for a limited time.

Each item will have its own closing date, which will be clearly listed on the product or landing page.

Once the window closes, production begins.

Order Commitment

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance.

Pre-order items are not ready to ship immediately.

Cancellations & Changes

Because pre-order items are made-to-order, all pre-orders are considered final.

If a customer requests to cancel a pre-order, store credit may be issued at our discretion only. Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Expedited or next-day shipping does not affect pre-order production timelines. Shipping speed applies only after the item has completed production and is ready to ship.
